Kirton Area

This is the Kirton area, just north east of Osprey lake. You are in a pretty large valley here, with fairly tall mountains on either side.

There are lots of rocks, boulders and other debris falling down the mountain sides. You follow Trout Creek for a considerable distance in this section.

Most of the bridges have been removed in this section, requiring you to go onto the Summerland Princeton road.

The only other thing of note around here is the old miners cave that goes about 10 feet or so back into the mountain. It is a very interesting place for a mine, right next to a railway.
